She is also a Senior Advisor with Oberon Securities, a New York investment bank. She is the co-founder of online data collection company, Paradigm Sample, recognized two times as an Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies, where she currently serves as a board member. Sima has also held positions as President of NPD Techworld at The NPD Group, one of the largest market research companies, and as Program Manager of IBM Market Intelligence Group.

Sima holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree from Drexel University’s LeBow School of Business, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business. and a member of Chief, a private membership network for women executive leaders.
Community Leadership
Sima is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and is an advocate for the advancement of women. She has been a Girl Scout Leader for 13 years, and enjoys working with girls to build their confidence and help them communicate effectively. Sima also serves as an elected official as Board of Trustees for the Port Washington Public Library.
